Sleeping has becoming more difficult. I look like shit. I'm playing in St. Louis this weekend which should be fun. Then next week Peter Hook from New Order is dj'ing at smartbar so I'm super excited...then Wed off to SF to see my mom. I really need to get out of town for a bit, my head is not quite there right now. The best part is when I get back Justin will be home from tour and summer can officially kick off. I've written 2 songs as of lately but have lots more in my head so I think I will be very productive in the near future. I don't know how to get rid of the things in my head but they are very unpleasant at the moment....This year has just been really rough emotionally, it's like one thing after another. I don't quite know what the right way to deal is but I'm glad I've grown a lot through it all. I'm really quite used to loses in my life so it's nothing new. I guess it's just the disappointment you never really get used to. I don't regret anything though.
I don't know what I'm thinking right now. I feel really numb. It's shitty because I feel like a part of me is missing and I don't know if I'll ever get it back. In the end it was all worth it. I just wish I could sleep better.

Life is fucking wierd. Zeus has been staring out the window since Sunday. He's depressed and lonely. I feel the same way but since I'm not a dog I can do a better job communicating my frustration with life. This is probably the saddest thing I've gone through in quite a while. Don't really know what to say, it's like you try to hold it all in and pretend everything is fine but it's never really fine. Life is 80% shit, if you can enjoy the 20% and endure the 80% then you make it through whatever the fuck this journey is. I'm a bit sick of the tragedies I have to deal with every other week. Watching someone you love dying, and seeing them take their last breath is sort of like the biggest slap in the face life can give you because within a minute in time everything can change. I guess the lesson is take every minute you have in this world as if it's your last cause it just may be. I miss my best friend. I'm going to get really drunk tonight.

Soundbar was like a 5 year HS reunion. I saw loads of peeps from the old days, good shit. Getting paid for getting emails is not a bad living. Dave Medusa offered to have me dj some time soon so that's nice, he's fucking wicked...reminds me of Dave Beer from back to basics minus the crazy accent....I ran into so many people I have not seen in ages, it was like Redno 5 years ago. I'm still a little tipsy, oh well. I walked around saying "hey I quit my day job can you sign this thing" :)...only to my friends but it seemed to work as Andrew and I got 3 pages of emails from people. Anyway good fucking night. I'm going to get crazy tonight at Zentra. Hodges is in town and it's going to be mental. Can't wait. I miss my woman, need to see her. blah blah

Nottingham was cool but I forgot to take pictures :( Shitty. I'm fucking exhausted as always and have a whole day of stupidity planned. Yesterday Jess and Pooley and I bought magic mushrooms from the weed shop in Manchester while highly intoxicated. Now I've got 30 grams of fresh Columbian mushrooms which are supposed to give you lots of laughs and mellow visuals. Quite excited as I think I'm going to eat them and walk around city center Manchester at night, should be good. I think everyone's meeting at the pub in about an hour and a half to start the day off right. I'm def going to have a sunday roast dinner which consists of yorkshire pudding which I am a huge fan of. I was really really drunk yesterday and talking nonsense. I fucking killed it at the club though, people were screaming and whistling and freaking out it was wicked. I played the bomb which is the biggest Nottingham club..it's all white and underground and designed to look like a cave...really sick. Tomorrow I'm moving to Rashids flat in city center, thursday I'm leaving for London which will be wicked cause I get to see my friend Will. He's a nutter and one of my fav people in this world. I'm also in DJ Mag this month for some sort of ad for Playtime, my London gig. Saturday I'm off to Leeds to go to back to basics and also see Magda (old friend) play. Sunday I'm playing the Sunday Roast two year anniversary which starts at 2pm and is going til about midnight. I'm playing with Jacob so it will be really good. This week is going to be really really great, and when it's all over I'm going to see my baby which is the best part of it all anyway. I can't wait, get the chills just thinking about it. blah.

PMS'ing and very sad today. I miss zz more than anything. It's also cold and lonely here today. Gloomy Manchester weather. I miss her more than I've ever missed anyone in my life. It's quite painful. I know it's only a few weeks but it's just really really hard.
